Re. Speaker and TV Installation
To Whom It May Concern: I am a recent customer of PHI Systems Inc. My home was being outfitted with a home speaker system in addition to a mounted TV above my fireplace. I was extremely happy with the professionalism, high level of service and information provided.
The entire process was very professional from start to finish. The staff was very well versed in their product knowledge and answered all of my questions regarding what home speaker system and TV would best suit my needs. The installation was quick, tidy and well run. I was given a demonstration on how to use the products and invited to call PHI with any further questions I may have had regarding the system.
There is no doubt that the price point and level of service far exceeds and outweighs going to a mass distributor such as Best Buy or Future Shop. You simply can’t get the installation, quality service and most of all ongoing customer service with a mass distributor that PHI was able to offer. Should something go faulty with the system, PHI will come into your home and fix your product, a service that is not offered by mass distributors.
I am very pleased with my home speaker theater and TV and will certainly recommend PHI to anyone who is seeking home electronics.
