As new home buyers, my wife and I sought out the professional opinions of several different vendors in various areas. PHI Systems Inc. went out of their way to honestly answer the many questions we had with regards home entertainment products and installation. Much of the devices we decided on came from the direct suggestions of the PHI team and we are very happy with the results.
With respect to their installation team, they were fast, efficient and did a fantastic job. In addition, they took the time aside to explain how the various devices worked and even walked us through the remote. After a difficult day of moving into a new home, we were able to sit down and fully enjoy our system without any further set up. Also, any additional questions we had following installation, they made themselves available.
